This Return & Refund Policy explains the general conditions that apply to returns, refunds and exchanges. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
Returns
If you believe that you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting the product.
When contacting us regarding a return, please provide:
Your name and contact details
Order or quotation details, where applicable
Details of the product concerned
The reason for the return
Photographs or other supporting information where relevant
We will assess the circumstances of the return and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If a product supplied to you is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us before using, cutting, altering, washing or installing the fabric.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable resolution.
Where possible, the product may need to be inspected before a return or refund is approved.
Fabric That Has Been Cut or Altered
Fabric that has been cut, altered, stitched, upholstered, washed, dyed or otherwise modified may not be eligible for return where the issue is a change of mind or an incorrect quantity selected by the customer.
Customers should carefully confirm the required fabric, colour, quantity and application before cutting or altering the material.
This does not affect any rights you may have where the product is defective or does not comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind may be subject to the circumstances of the sale and applicable South African consumer law.
A change-of-mind return is not automatically guaranteed for every product or transaction.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, contact us as soon as possible before the fabric is cut, altered or used. We will advise whether the return can be accommodated.
Colour and Fabric Variations
Fabric may appear slightly different from photographs displayed online due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
Variations in colour, texture, weave or appearance may also occur between different production batches or fabric lots.
For this reason, customers should consider viewing a physical sample where available before making a final selection, particularly where colour matching is important.
Minor variations that are inherent to the fabric or caused by display conditions will not necessarily constitute a defect.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the method and timing of the refund will depend on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable payment method.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable South African law and any agreed terms applicable to the transaction.
Where necessary, we may require confirmation of the original transaction or payment details before processing a refund.
Exchanges
Where appropriate, an exchange may be offered for an incorrect, damaged or defective product, subject to product availability and the circumstances of the matter.
An exchange is not guaranteed where the issue relates solely to a change of mind, incorrect measurements or incorrect quantities selected by the customer.
Special Orders and Custom Requirements
Where fabric has been specially sourced, ordered or supplied specifically according to a customer’s requirements, the return or cancellation options may differ from standard products.
Customers should confirm the requirements of a special order before it is placed.
Any applicable terms relating to a special order will be communicated where appropriate.
Inspection of Returned Products
Returned products may be inspected to determine the nature and cause of the issue.
We may consider factors including:
Whether the correct product was supplied
Whether the product was damaged or defective
Whether the product has been used or altered
Whether the issue arose from incorrect handling or installation
Whether the issue is an inherent characteristic of the fabric
Any other relevant circumstances
Products That Cannot Be Returned
A product may not be eligible for a return where it has been:
Cut to a customer’s required length
Altered or modified
Used or installed
Damaged after delivery or collection due to customer handling
Washed or treated using unsuitable products
Upholstered or incorporated into another product
These exclusions are subject to any mandatory rights and remedies provided by applicable South African law.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable South African legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.
